Healthy Aging – Exercise Class


Healthy Aging exercise classes are specifically designed to work on cardio, strength, balance and flexibility.  Regardless of your age or activity level come check it out.  Please bring a yoga mat, stretch strap and hand weights.  Ladies, do something today that your future self will thank you for.  ..she can laugh at the days to come.  Proverbs 31:25
